Little Peachicks in Their New Home!
Charleston, South Carolina welcomes its newest residents at historic Magnolia Plantation & Gardens! A brood of adorable baby peafowl, known as peachicks, has officially moved into their new habitat at the Wildlife Center. Visitors to the gardens can now observe these fluffy newcomers as they explore, play, and adjust to their environment under the care of our dedicated staff.

Located inside the Wildlife Center, the peachick display offers an up-close look at early avian development. Guests can watch the chicks practice natural foraging behaviors, test out their developing feathers, and display their curious personalities. Visiting the Wildlife Center is included with general admission, making it a memorable stop for families, photographers, and wildlife lovers exploring Charleston.

Admission tickets can be purchased online or at the Welcome Center upon arrival.
