About Majesta
I found yoga after a back injury left me in constant pain—seeking healing, I stumbled into a practice that would change my life. What began as a search for relief became a path to wholeness. As my body healed, my heart opened, and I felt deeply called to teach.
Since completing my first teacher training in Colorado in 2014, I’ve immersed myself in multiple teacher trainings, each one deepening my love for this practice. Yoga gave me what I didn’t know I was missing—community, courage, and radical self-acceptance—and now it’s my mission to share that with others.
I teach not to perfect your handstand, but to share energy, hold space, build community, and inspire others to live and love bigger. I’m a forever student, endlessly curious, and always learning from the beautiful souls who show up on the mat.
This passion led me to co-found The Flow Co. Yoga & Wellness—a space born from the belief that yoga isn’t just movement, it’s a catalyst for transformation. I believe in the ripple effect of impact, and I’m honored to play a part in your journey.
Let’s flow, grow, and do amazing things. I hope we meet on the mat soon.
