  3. Proof of Issue: To expedite the process, we may require photos or a description of the defect or damage.

  4. Final Sale Items: Please note that all final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  5. Shipping Costs: Pending our review, we may cover shipping costs for returns of broken or defective items.
